Before your visit
​​
We ensure everyone who visits our Studio has an amazing experience and is thrilled with their chosen images, and this takes us a lot of quality time and planning.
Your experience will start before you even visit our studio. When you book in for your Portrait you will have a telephone consultation with Sarah. She will talk you through everything, advise on outfits and props and find out what you're after from your portrait to help us ensure you make the most of your visit.
Your Portrait Session

Your photographer is David and he will capture lots of amazing images of your family, all of the time guiding you, offering great ideas for special shots and ensuring you enjoy every minute (even if you're not keen on having your photos taken!).
After your photoshoot he will introduce you to our gallery so you can see for yourself exactly what stunning products we have to offer, and he will book you in for your viewing appointment for the following week.
Your Viewing & Ordering Appointment

At your cinematic viewing, David will help you every step of the way in choosing your most favourite images. He can even show you what they will look like in your chosen frame.

After your order is placed, we spend time adding finishing touches and ensuring your final images look fantastic. All framed and printed products are sent to our dedicated pro-lab facility and digital products are personally created in-house. Due to the work involved and the care & attention we provide, there is a lead time of up to 6 weeks for most orders.
Digital
​
Due to popular demand, we now offer Digital Packages which include ALL images from your viewing appointment. These start from £695 and every image supplied is worked on to ensure it is perfect. If you choose our Digital-to-Print package you will also be granted full copyright, so can print out to your hearts content.

Our Digital Packages are also discounted by up to 50% when a wall portrait is ordered, to offer you the best of both worlds.

We do not sell individual digital files.
