Posted Voucher - If you do change your mind, we operate the usual 14-day refund policy for online or telephone purchases:

• You must notify us within 14 days after you purchased your voucher.
• You then have an additional 14 days to return the voucher to our Studio.
• When we receive the returned voucher we will then refund you within 14 days via the payment method originally used.

Emailed Voucher - Please note that emailed vouchers are digital products and cannot be refunded.

By Post - Vouchers are packaged beautifully and posted out within 24 hours* FREE of charge (1st Class Royal Mail) to any UK Mainland postcode.  For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland please contact the Studio to arrange alternative shipping.

By Email - A digital voucher is emailed to you direct from the Studio within 24 hours.  It is in PDF format and designed beautifully so can be printed to present as a gift or viewed electronically.

*If this cannot be met due to any circumstance you will be notified immediately.

Only one voucher can be used per family per year.  Voucher cannot be used on conjunction with any other offer or to purchase images from a previous session.  Both Portrait & Viewing must be attended for voucher or package to be valid.  Photographer reserves the right to stop the Portrait Session at any time if any pet appears to be in distress, out of control or dangerous.  Can only be redeemed at Sub Studio Photography, Worcester.  A fully refundable deposit of £35 is upon booking with a voucher to secure session.  No cash value.
