Terms & Conditions

Sub Studio Photography's Terms & Conditions for a Family Portrait Session

​

  • Only one Portrait Session per family per year.

  • Full family or a minimum of two generations to take part, unless specifically agreed with Sub Studio.

  • The imagery we create especially for you can only be viewed at our studio at your Viewing Appointment and we do not make image choices for clients who have not attended this Appointment.

  • Only one Viewing Appointment is included with a Family Portrait booking, if a further Viewing is required there is a charge of £125, which is deducted from any order placed at your subsequent Viewing.

  • Both your Portrait Session and Viewing Appointment must be attended for any voucher entitlement to be fulfilled and for any deposit to be refunded.

  • When booking with a voucher, this must be presented at your Portrait Session.

  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase images from a previous session, cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sub Studio offer and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

  • A £35 refundable deposit will be required to confirm all voucher bookings.  This is taken to ensure that all appointments are kept and the time with your photographer is secured. 

  • If you need to re-arrange or cancel your Portrait Session please provide at least 72 hours notice or your deposit may be lost.  Any re-arranged Portrait Sessions need to be confirmed within 7-working days or your deposit may be lost. We accept no more than two rearrangements, if a third appointment is not honoured then we reserve the right to retain your booking deposit or fee and void your voucher.

  • Your Viewing Appointment must be booked at the end of your Portrait Session and must be a date within one month of the date of your Portrait Session.

  • If you need to re-arrange or cancel your Viewing Appointment please provide at least 72 hours notice or your deposit may be lost.  Any re-arranged Viewing Appointments need to be confirmed within 7-working days or your deposit may be lost. We accept no more than two rearrangements, if a third appointment is not honoured then we reserve the right to retain your booking deposit or fee and void your voucher. Taking all previous terms into account, Sub Studio will only hold onto unseen images for a maximum of three months from the date of your Portrait Session.

  • Your deposit is only refunded to you at your Viewing Appointment or taken off your final order total.

  • Portrait sessions may involve physical activity so please make us aware of any injuries or disabilities when you arrive.

  • Sub Studio Photography reserve the right to cancel a Portrait Session or Viewing Appointment if the client is more than 20 minutes late. 

  • Personal cameras or mobile phones are strictly not allowed to be used within the Studio or at your Viewing Appointment.  Sub Studio Photography reserve the right to stop a Portrait Session or Viewing Appointment if they suspect any recording equipment has been used and they reserve the right to request that any images or footage is deleted.

  • All bookings made through Sub Studio Photography, by email or phone, means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.


Additional Terms & Conditions for a Couples Portrait Session

  • Terms & conditions are the same as for a Family Portrait session with the exception of the requirement of two generations to take part.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions for a Pet Portrait Session

​

  • Pet only Portrait Sessions are only available on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

  • Terms & conditions are the same as for a Family Portrait session with the exception of the requirement of two generations to take part.

  • Sub Studio Photography highly recommend that owners are included in the Portrait Session too, and if a family is included this opens up Saturday appointments.

  • All pets brought to the Studio must be under control at all times, dogs must be on leads, cats and other small animals must be in travel crates.

  • Owners must provide their own treats for their pets.

  • Pets must be clean.

  • Please ensure dogs are walked and have been to the toilet before they arrive at the Studio.

  • Sub Studio Photography and/or your photographer reserve the right to stop a Portrait Session if any pet appears to be in distress, out of control or dangerous.

Sub Studio Photography's Terms & Conditions for Sales of Digital Images

​

  • Sub Studio do not offer single digital images for sale

  • Any Digital Packages sold are non-refundable, as soon as images are downloaded by the client they give their consent to waive the right to refund.

Sub Studio Photography's Terms & Conditions for Product Refunds (including prints, frames and wall products)

​

  • Due to the individual nature of our work, Sub Studio cannot offer refunds on finished products, unless they are faulty or incorrect.  Sub Studio will always replace however where necessary.
